2014 Election Results

This 2014 election had an outstanding 61% voter turnout with 100% of the votes being made on-line. Votes were tabulated by two independent counters: a long time resident of the community/past board member and a former community manager.

Assessments are $243.00 per quarter and $972.00 for the year. For anyone paying a full year before Febrary 15th,  the rate is $922.00 ($972.00 - $50.00).

Chad Johnson and David Schneider were elected to the board.

All three capital repairs were approved, mailbox repairs (97%), exit renovation (93%), and entry repairs (90%).

The proposal for wheel chair ramps at the mailboxes was tied,  27 "for" and 27 "against. A coin was tossed, as specified in the C&R,  and the initiative lost. Two board members, one "for the initiative", one against, and a witness were present for the coin toss.
